Photo Guidelines

Please follow these guidelines for a passport-size photo

✓ Accepted Photos
  • Clear, front-facing face
  • White or light background
  • Neutral expression
  • Good lighting, no shadows
  • Eyes open and clearly visible
  • Recent photo (within 6 months)
  • JPG or PNG format, max 5MB
✗ Not Accepted
  • Blurry or out of focus photos
  • Dark or coloured background
  • Sunglasses or hats
  • Group photos
  • Edited or filtered photos
  • Side profile or tilted face
  • Screenshot from social media
Tip: Take the photo in natural daylight against a plain white wall. The face should occupy at least 70% of the frame. Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG. Maximum file size: 5MB.

Quick answers to common questions

Use the mobile number you provided to the school during admission. This is the number registered in our records.

Enter date of birth in DDMMYYYY format — 8 digits, no spaces or dashes. For example, 29102010 means 29th October 2010.

After login, you will see a list of all students registered under your mobile number. Select the student you want to upload photos for.

You can replace photos before final submission. After submission, contact the school admin to request a re-upload.

You will receive a confirmation receipt with a unique receipt number. The admin will review your photos and approve them for ID card generation.

If a photo is rejected, you will see the reason on your dashboard and can re-upload a corrected photo.
